Australian Domestic shipping
Note* Orders Paid by Bank Deposit or Pay Pal will not be posted until the payment has cleared.
(This can take from 1 to 3 working days depending on your banking institution.)

Our chosen delivery method is Australia Post.
We charge a flat rate $6.00 for items under 1kg and $10.00 for all other items above 1kg.

The parcel can take from 7 to 10 working days to arrive depending on where you live.
There may be a delay in shipping over sale periods.

Note* All goods are sent express post or registered mail and need to be signed for on pick up.

A signature is required on delivery; therefore, we recommend you leave a phone number so we can contact you if you’re not at the address on order.

International Shipping outside Australia

International purchases outside Australia incur higher shipping costs than Australian domestic shipping.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchases, but if the fit is not right we are happy to exchange the items. These items are to be in brand new condition with all tags attached. There are no refunds. You must inform us of the return within 5 days and quote your invoice number.  All items that are sent back MUST be posted via registered mail; postage charges will be your responsibility. It is also very important that you email or call through with the registration number, as this is the number that will be used for insurance, a registered item is void without it. If the Ridestar team believes that the item has been damaged or worn we have every right to return the item back to you with no exchange. We believe our Ridestar customers are great but we simply have to cover every fact as painful as it is!
For sale goods, we are unable to offer an exchange.

Manufacturers Warranty.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please supply your invoice number. Our customer service team will require your email address & phone number. Please note – Sale items are not covered by Warranty.
Ridestar will make every reasonable effort to replace the item within 2 weeks. If the item has been extensively damaged thru transit please contact Ridestar immediately at info@ridestar.com.au

Quick return checklist!

  1. Email us at info@ridestar.com.au within 5 days and quote invoice number.
  2. Make sure the item is in brand new, perfect condition and has all tags are attached, and you still have the receipt of purchase.
  3. Send the item with tags attached and the receipt via registered post within the 5 day time frame to:Ridestar Pty Ltd

    Include your full name and address and telephone number.

  4. Please note exchanges can take up to 10 days to process after goods have been received.
